We just purchased a “new” used greens mower that we were in desperate need of. We were able to acquire this mower from another golf course that was replacing their equipment with band new models. Woody negotiated a stellar deal on the new mower. This is a step in the right direction for continued improvement of our course.
If you have been out on the course you may notice that there has been quite a bit of activity. Trees have gone missing and fires have been lit. It will be interesting to see the changes in the spring!
Woody and I have also noticed a lot of other activity on the course this winter as well. You might have noticed that we put up some NO TRESPASSING signs on the west side of the parking lot. We ask all people who wish to use the course this winter that they have clarified with Woody or I where to go and what to avoid. We ask that everyone stays off of the greens and tee boxes for the remainder of the winter. This includes sledding, walking and skiing. We appreciate your respect for the course.
